We do everything we can to make sure our customers receive the best products and service possible; we may not get things right first time and if that happens, we want you to tell us about it and give us the opportunity to make it right.

We are members of FENSA and The Glazing Arbitration Scheme (TGAS) and if you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may ask them to look into your complaint.
Please Note: Where a complaint is received and dealt with by the close of business following the day of receipt of the complaint the above procedures do not need to be followed. However, a record will be made and kept of the complaint and its resolution.
